Provli™ is an AI-powered family grocery and meal planning platform currently in pre-launch development. Provli, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. This policy covers our website at getprovli.com and our waitlist registration process.

During our pre-launch phase, we collect only the following information:

• Email address — collected when you join our waitlist. This is the only personal information we collect at this time.
• Basic usage data — standard website analytics including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (country/state level only). This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.

We do not collect names, physical addresses, payment information, health data, or any other personal information during the pre-launch waitlist phase.

Your email address is used solely for the following purposes:

• To notify you when Provli launches and founding member access becomes available
• To send occasional updates about Provli's development — infrequently and only when there is something meaningful to share
• To honor your founding member status including priority access and locked-in pricing
