Provli™ is an AI-powered family grocery and meal planning platform currently in pre-launch development. Provli, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. getprovli.com is a pre-launch website operated for the purpose of building a waitlist of founding members interested in the Provli platform.
Provli is not yet a launched product. No platform services, subscriptions, or transactions are currently offered or available through this website.

Founding member benefits — including priority access and locked-in pricing — are offered in good faith as our commitment to early supporters. Specific terms of founding member access will be communicated prior to platform launch.

Provli™ is a trademark of Provli, Inc. Unauthorized use of the Provli name, logo, or brand elements is prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on getprovli.com without explicit written permission from Provli, Inc.

These may change as development progresses. Provli, Inc. is not liable for any reliance placed on forward-looking descriptions of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provli, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of getprovli.com or your participation in the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, which during the pre-launch phase is zero.
getprovli.com uses third-party services including Formspree for form processing and Cloudflare for hosting and security. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.
